Okay, so…We went to pick up a multiple palette shipment from a NJ UPS Freight hub, only to find out that they “can’t find our palettes.” After about hours of desperate searching, they recovered one- the most recently shipped palette, actually. The other four palettes left one day earlier.After doing more extensive research, it turns out UPS made a mistake and broke down our palettes and tried to ship the boxes out individually. Multiple boxes still had old shipping labels on it and UPS decided to direct these packages back to their original destination (some boxes and labels date as old as two years) or to an anonymous/lost package facility in the mid-west. That’s right, our packages have been dispersed throughout the country and we’re left with little to nothing to sell!

We are Next Day AM overnighting almost 100 boxes of merchandise from our Orlando facility today and it should get to us BARELY in time to set up for Bamboozle. The cost of shipping was over $15,000.00 due to the overnight and saturday delivery method.

WHAT A DAY…

On the bright side, Chris Crocker and Unforgivable are in town, and they were really awesome. More to come this evening.

The last week at AKT Enterprises has been absolutely insane. We have been working non-stop on supplying many different clothing lines and bands merchandising to distribute at Bamboozle in New Jersey. After 15,000 + units have been printed and shipped to one of the largest events in the underground music industry today, we have completed the preparation process and are ready to leave for the event tomorrow morning.

There will be 18 individual AKT members traveling with us to spread the word about what we do and the clothing lines we have created internally.

I will officially launch This City Clothing on May 1st! I am excited to team up with Eric Ellis and work on developing this new line of ours. Look for more information in the coming weeks.

I was holding Parker for about thirty minutes when she started moaning and making a few unsettling noises out of discomfort. Shortly after that I realized that she had not been feeling too well and decided to use my shirt as the toilet. It was truly an unreal experience…

After 18.5 very long hours of waiting, Parker Victoria Tchekmeian was born at 8:51 P.M. on Thursday, March 27, 2008. Weighing 7.9 lbs and 20 inches long Parker turned out to be beautiful and in great health! My mom came running out of the room in tears of joy to give the great news that the baby has been born. About 30 minutes later my brother came out and he looked like the proud father of an angel.  

I have been sitting in the hospital for 9 hours waiting for the arrival of baby Parker Tchekmeian. Any minute I am going to become an uncle and my older brother will become a father.
